Iron Chef Cook-Off with Master Sommelier Larry O’Brien
March 28, 6:30 PM | Champions Ballroom in the Harbour Town Clubhouse
Six talented chefs—Danny Flinchum (Links, an American Grill), Clinton Barabas (Coast Oceanfront Dining), Frank Roith (Sea Pines Resort Banquets & Events), Daniel Mears (Fraser’s Tavern), Iain Jones (Sea Pines Resort Pastry Chef), and Bryan Lee (Quarterdeck)—will compete in a culinary showdown. Master Sommelier Larry O’Brien, one of only 269 worldwide and named Best Sommelier in America in 2000, will be the evening’s speaker. Held in the Heritage Room at Harbour Town Clubhouse, guests will enjoy an exquisite menu crafted by the chefs, complemented by O’Brien’s hand-selected wine pairings. Attendees will vote for their favorite dish and wine combination, crowning the resort’s Iron Chef.

Sea Pines Forest Preserve Party in the Pines
April 5, 2025, 4:30 - 7PM | Fish Island Sea Pines Forest Preserve
Enjoy a rustic coastal feast from The Salty Dog Cafe, featuring slow-roasted meats, fresh seafood, and Lowcountry flavors. Live music, a silent auction with unique items, and complimentary boat rides from 4:30-6:30 PM. Online sales end March 31 at 8:00 PM

March 26, 2025, 4-7 PM | Shops at Sea Pines Center
Spring’s arrival calls for a stroll through the Shops at Sea Pines Center, glass in hand and friend in tow. Enjoy a pop-up art market, local shops, open restaurants, and live music for a perfect outing.
